I.  MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND AGREEMENT:  THIS BODY UP WEIGHT LOSS REVOLUTION COURSE AND ALL CONTENT ANYWHERE BY BODY UP COACHING AND LAURELL EDEN (COLLECTIVELY THE "PROGRAM") DO NOT PROVIDE ANY MEDICAL ADVICE.

I acknowledge, agree, understand, and undertake that:

1. Laurell Eden, (whose legal name is Andrea Eigner), is not a medical or health care professional. She and Body Up Coaching do not provide any medical advice.
2. All content, including but not limited to videos, teleconferences, posts, provided on any website or in any medium by Body Up Coaching or Laurell,  is for informational purposes only, and is not intended as medical advice and is not a substitute for medical advice provided by my physician or other health care professional, or any information on or in any product label or packaging.
3. I shall not use any information given for diagnosing or treating any health problem or disease, or recommending or prescribing any medication or other treatment.
4. I shall consult with my doctor or health care professional before starting the Weight Loss Program.
5. I shall speak with my physician before taking any medication or nutritional, herbal or homeopathic supplement, or adopting any treatment for a health problem
6. If I suspect that I have a medical problem, I shall promptly contact my healthcare provider. I shall never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking professional advice because of something in any content provided.
7. Any information provided regarding supplements, food or nutrition have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
8. I certify that I am least 18 years old.
9. I certify that I am not pregnant or nursing. I understand that I should not start any weight loss program if I am pregnant or nursing, except for specific advice given by my doctor.

II.  PRIVACY POLICY:  Except as required by applicable law or upon written consent, Body Up Coaching and Laurell Eden shall not give or sell my email or personal information to anyone or any company.  I agree to receive newsletters and updates about the program, and I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time.  Here is the full Privacy Policy for Body Up Coaching LLC:

III.  REFUND POLICY
(Note: Scroll down to read special terms that apply only for the offer to start for $49 in the paragraph titled "CANCELING FUTURE PAYMENTS FOR THE SPECIAL OFFER TO START FOR $49".  Notwithstanding this sole exception for this special offer only, here are the terms of the REFUND POLICY below.)

I acknowledge and agree that proprietary information is provided at commencement of the Program.  Accordingly, I acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable. 

If I have any issues that need to be resolved,  I will call Laurell and speak with her directly at 510-877-3836 or email her at [email protected] to resolve them. 

I agree to make all payments agreed to, (by clicking the checkbox in this section), even if, for any reason, I should decide not to use the Program or my coaching sessions.  An exception will be made in regard to future payments only in the case of the special offer to register for $49 to start, as detailed in the following paragraph.

CANCELING FUTURE PAYMENTS FOR THE SPECIAL OFFER TO START FOR $49
If I am registering with the special offer to begin the 12 week group program with a payment of $49 followed by 3 monthly payments that begin 30 days later, I understand that I may email Laurell at any time during the program to cancel any future remaining payments.  I understand that this means I must cancel within 90 days of my group program starting date.  I may cancel my remaining payments for any reason.   I understand that payments made prior to cancelation will not be refunded.  I understand that should I decide to not to pay in full that access to my program videos and the paid member site will be revoked. 

IV.  ACCESS TO VIDEOS:  I understand that I will have unlimited access to the video program, forever, as long as the program is hosted and available. I understand that should I decide to cancel under the terms of the $49 offer in the paragraph above that my video program and paid member site access will be revoked.

Having read this agreement and all information here, I accept these terms and accept full responsibility  for my health and welfare.
