The Five Phases of the Body Up Program

The program has Five Phases.  In each phase, you'll take a valuable step to restore your metabolism and build healthy habits.

Phase 1:  Reignite Metabolism and Rewire Your Brain for Healthy Eating

In weeks 1 and 2, you'll immediately begin to restore your metabolism with three simple food hacks. 

In this phase, we will ADD foods that  kickstart metabolism without eliminating any foods.

On the mindset side, it educates you and reframes your beliefs about food so that the food you want to eat is healthy food that restores metabolism.

Phase 2:  Defeat Food Sabotage

In weeks 3 and 4, you'll start weeding out foods that damage metabolism.

The foods that have been sabotaging your success this whole time, without you knowing it… yeah… we get rid of those!   

Around week four you can already expect to feel less hungry, and notice cravings disappear.

Phase 3:  Flip The Fat-Burning Switch

In Weeks 5, 6 and 7, this is where the real magic happens.  Right here in week 5, you flip the switch on your metabolism in a big way.

You give your body a biological signal, (not a metaphor; a REAL biological signal), to start burning the fat it has so diligently saved for you.  Yeah, let's reframe that and laugh a little bit.

The weight starts coming off like crazy in this phase.  So, this is when you realize the weight issue has never been your fault.  You've just been giving your body the wrong biological signals.  But, in this phase, you're fixing that now.

Phase 4:  Metabolism Supercharge

In weeks 8 and 9, we enter an optional challenge stage. 

You'll discover two more food hacks designed to rev-up your metabolism to the next level. 

These hacks will also assist your body with detox and anti-aging DNA repair.   
To make it fun, I don't reveal the hacks until week 8.

One of these techniques is based on Nobel Prize winning research.  Both techniques in this stage are devised to supercharge your metabolism.

Phase 5:  Living Body Up

Starting in Week 10, for the last three weeks, you'll experience the crucial and final phase.  You've reignited your metabolism.  You've lost weight and inches.  This will continue. 

Now, for the last three weeks, you get to practice living this program in situations that will come up in your everyday life. 

For the most part, you'll stay with your new healthy lifestyle but you will learn how to eat foods that aren't necessarily part of the regular lifestyle and not have these completely derail you. 

On a biological level, these "party foods" won't typically sabotage your success because you've spent the last nine weeks restoring your metabolism.  You can't abuse this forever, of course, but you are learning how to eat these foods and still make progress without going completely off track.

On the psychological side, you'll learn how to handle events, holidays, parties and vacations. 

You're practicing new habits here so they become easy. Getting them on autopilot so you don’t have to think about them anymore.
